Donation Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bhagyashree Sewa Foundation. By making a donation on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All donations made through this website are voluntary.
By donating, you confirm that the funds used are from a legitimate source and belong to you.
The NGO reserves the right to use the funds for its general charitable objectives or specific projects as described on the website.

80G Benefit: Donors who are residents of India may be eligible for tax tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
PAN Requirement: To issue an 80G certificate, providing a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory as per Government of India regulations.
Receipts: An automated e-receipt will be sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful transaction.

Finality of Donation: In general, donations once made are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Exceptions: If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical glitch, or if an unauthorized transaction occurs, the donor must notify us within 7 working days.
Process: Refund requests should be sent to support@bhagyashreesewafoundation.org with proof of transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 10-15 business days.

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your transaction details are safe.
Bhagyashree Sewa Foundation does not store your credit/debit card numbers or CVV details on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.

Your personal information (Name, Email, Phone Number) is kept confidential.
We do not sell or rent donor data to third parties.
Your contact information may be used to send project updates, newsletters, or tax receipts. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time.

Note: Only include this if you have an FCRA license.
We accept donations from foreign nationals only in compliance with the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA). Foreign donors must provide their passport details or other required identification.
